St. Petersburg Foundation for SME Development is a non-for-profit, non-governmental business support institution as well as independent professional business consultancy established in 1995 with the assistance of the Government of St. Petersburg.

The mission of the Foundation is initiation and implementation of significant initiatives and projects contributing to the economic growth and prosperity of St. Petersburg as well as the North-West Federal District of the Russian Federation.
